Statement on Digital Accessibility
The City of Split strives to make its websites accessible in accordance with the Law on Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia (“Official Gazette”, No. 17/19; hereinafter referred to as the Law), which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016).
This Accessibility Statement applies to the website “Technology Park Split – Dračevac” located at www.tps.com.hr.

- Links are not descriptive and do not provide information about the content they lead to.
- Some images and files do not have appropriate alternative textual descriptions (ALT text).
The City of Split is working on removing the identified non-compliances.

This statement was prepared on March 20, 2023, according to the Accessibility Statement Template which is in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, established by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.
The assessment of compliance with accessibility requirements is the result of self-assessment by the City of Split.
The statement was last reviewed on March 20, 2023. The City of Split will regularly review this statement upon the removal of reasons why certain content was inaccessible.
