The third call for applications for leasing commercial spaces at the Technology Park Split has closed
Technology Park Split (TPS) is an entrepreneurial support infrastructure owned by the City of Split, established with the aim of supporting the development of entrepreneurship. It is primarily focused on businesses operating in the field of high technology, particularly startups whose business or product development is based on innovative solutions, services and technologies.
Future tenants will have access to all the necessary infrastructure for their work (premises, equipment and technical facilities), as well as a range of services designed to support the development and commercialisation of innovations, digital transformation in the surrounding area, and the advancement and internationalisation of business operations.
All facilities at Technology Park Split:
- office spaces for startups and SMEs
- a 390 m² coworking zone
- a conference centre with 4 multimedia rooms
- meeting rooms, shared kitchens and fun zones with a terrace
- kids corner, restaurant with a kitchen, 2 caffe bars, a shop and a fitness centre
- 3D laboratory, Smart City Lab and the Technology Park Split Digital Academy
Interactive building map with floor plans
The interactive building map displays floor plans for each level, providing information about the available office units. By selecting a floor, users can view the different functional areas of the building along with basic information about the spaces available for lease. Clicking the icon in the bottom-right corner opens the floor plan in full size, while the drop-down menu in the top-right corner can be used to navigate between floors.

Expression of interest for office spaces at Technology Park Split
Technology Park Split is opening an opportunity to express interest in office spaces for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises at Technology Park Split.
Entrepreneurs who complete the Expression of Interest Form will be notified by email in a timely manner about the availability of office spaces, as well as the date when the Call for Applications will reopen. The Call will remain open until the first application that meets the prescribed administrative requirements is received, according to the order of submission, after which the Call will be closed again. Once the form has been completed, your expression of interest will be recorded in the official records of Technology Park Split.
Important note: An expression of interest does not constitute an official application, does not enter the administrative or qualitative evaluation process, and does not provide priority in the allocation of office space. The official application and evaluation process will be conducted only after the Call for Applications is reopened, in accordance with the applicable Rulebook on the Criteria and Procedures for the Allocation of Lease and Use of the Entrepreneurial Support Infrastructure of Technology Park Split.
