Absolutely! The coworking space is ideal for remote work as it provides a distraction-free work environment, unlike working from home. It also offers opportunities for interaction and networking, which can lead to new business collaborations.
Depending on the rental period, we offer daily (Flyby), weekly (Connect), monthly (Desk), and yearly packages (FixDesk).
The space is accessible to coworking users from Monday to Sunday, 7 AM until midnight. Each user receives an access card based on the selected package. During the Administration’s working hours (Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM), the entrance doors are open and access cards are not required. The access card is issued free of charge; however, in case of loss or unauthorized retention, a one-time fee is charged according to the current Service Price List.
Users of the yearly package (FixDesk) have the right to preferentially and permanently use the same selected workstation throughout the rental period. They can personalize their workspace by adding their own office chair, monitor, or drawer unit, keeping in mind the allocated space limitations.
Yes, the coworking space of Technology Park Split has two meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. The rooms are equipped with videoconferencing system. Coworking users are entitled to use the meeting rooms free of charge for up to two (2) hours per day with prior booking. This applies to all coworking packages except the daily rental. Meeting room usage exceeding the daily limit of 2 hours is charged according to the current Service Price List of Technology Park Split.
Yes, you can bring clients or guests to the coworking space. However, activities that generate noise and disturb other users are not allowed.
Technology Park Split has its own parking lot with over 400 parking spaces available to coworking users.
No, advance payment is not required. After using the selected coworking package, an invoice is issued for the user to pay.
